Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Carriers & Services
We ship domestically within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Each carrier offers multiple service levels (e.g., Ground, Priority, Express), and you will be able to select your preferred option at checkout. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected carrier.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are calculated by the carrier and do not include our 2–4 business day processing time. Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the selected carrier, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
