Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Final sale, clearance, gift cards, and customized items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected, though shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days with photos, and we will cover replacement or refund costs. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements or in cases of excessive or fraudulent return activity, and items that fail inspection may be sent back without refund.
